My attempt for modifying engine sounds. -Every car besides SUV's has their engine sound modified either on stock or on certain stage of upgrade. -Heavily modified shift patterns, including deceleration - changed the way how a car sounds when it shifts upwards and downwards on almost all transmission upgrades.

You can crank that up to 50 or more and it should also be working allright, just with some broken cars here and there but even with 70+ cars it wasn't too bad. To increase/decrease Traffic Speed, go to data folder, then choose the ai_hints -> edit the maxspeed as you like. Dont forget to save. R.
